RAW Computing affiliate agreement
Welcome to the RAW Computing affiliate programme. This agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to an individual's participation.
Enrolement
You must submit an application by email to the address at the foot of the page. The subject should be 'Affiliate application' and the content should contain the URL of your website and your email address. You must have a PayPal account in order to receive payments.
Your website must not:
- Contain sexually explicit material
- Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Breach intellectual property rights
- Contain defamatory or illegal material
You will be informed via email whether your application is successful. The affiliate programme is open to a limited number of people and you are welcome to reapply at a later date if you are unsucessful.
You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your website and its contents. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information displayed on your website.
Website content
You may provide links to any page on www.rawcomputing.co.uk and to any of the software products written by R.A.Waddilove. You may include the links provided by www.rawcomputing.co.uk on your website. You do not obtain any intellectual property rights under this agreement to any software, graphical items, links, text or other items used on the www.rawcomputing.co.uk website. You agree to your website being monitored to ensure the quality and reliability of the content and links (for example, to check that links are not broken or that they don't link to products not available). You must not use any technical means to interfere with or overcome the monitoring.
Order processing
All orders are processed by PayPal and registration codes for software products purchased by customers are sent by R.A.Waddilove. All cancellations, returns and customer service are provided by R.A.Waddilove. Sales made to customers using the links provided to you and displayed on your website are tracked and reports will be made available to you. The form, content and frequency of these reports may vary from time to time.
You may not purchase products through the links provided for your website for your own use, for resale or for commercial use of any kind. This includes orders for products to be used by you, your family or friends.
Customers who buy products through the links provided to you and displayed on your website are customers of www.rawcomputing.co.uk. Prices may vary from time to time.
Referral fees
In return for the advertising services provided by you, you will be paid referral fees on certain product sales to third parties. For a product to generate a referral fee the customer must click the link provided to you and displayed on your website. Referral fees are not paid for products purchased in any other way, for example, if the customer buys a product directly from www.rawcomputing, even if the customer enters www.rawcomputing.co.uk through a link on your website.
Any products offered on a free trial basis will only earn referral fees if the customer clicks the links on your website. They will not be paid if the customer purchases it by any other means. Referral fees will not be paid on products that are no longer available. Referral fees will only be paid after the customer has paid for a product.
You may not offer any incentive or discount for using the links provided for your website. You may not modify or substitute the the operation of the links in any way. You may not attempt to circumvent or change the referral fees or prices.
You will earn 35% of the revenue from all sales through the links provided to you and displayed on your website.
Fee payment
You will be paid referral fees on a monthly basis. Your fees will be paid using PayPal and you must have a PayPal account to receive the money. All payments will be made in Great British Pounds Sterling. If a product that generated a referral fee is is returned and a refund is given, the referral fee will be deducted from your payment. Referral fees will be paid not less than 30 days after a sale.
Term of the agreement
The term of this agreement will begin on acceptance of your affiliate programme application and will end when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with or without cause by giving the other party written/emailed notice. You are only elligable for referral fees during the term of the agreement. Upon termination of this agreement you must remove all the links provided to you from your website and remove any text, graphical artwork or other items relating to www.rawcomputing.co.uk.
The terms and conditions contained in this agreement may may be modified at any time. A new agreement and notification will be posted on www.rawcomputing.co.uk. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you may terminate the agreement and discontinue participation in the affiliate programme.
