Parallels Desktop for Mac is a top selling application for the Apple Mac that enables you to run Windows and Linux applications in OS X on the desktop. You don't need to partition and reformat the hard disk, it doesn't affect your regular OS X applications, and you can switch back and forth between Windows and OS X applications without needing to reboot.

It works by creating a virtual machine, which is basically a sophisticated and powerful PC emulator that enables you to run any operating system that works on a standard PC, including Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, and Vista, and various flavours of Linux.

Parallels Desktop for Mac is great for testing software or for running applications that are only available for other operating systems, such as Windows, and not for the Mac. Now you can have the best of both worlds - Mac and Windows.

Features

• Parallels Explorer: Explorer Windows files and folders directly from the Mac OS X desktop. Drag and drop files and folders between Windows and OS X.
